Above is yesterday’s Bodybugg report. If this were the report for a running day, it would be low. I generally burn around 3000 on a run day. For a strength training day, it’s a little low. I usually burn 27-2800 on a strength training day.
But this was neither. In fact, this was one of the laziest days I’ve had in a while. I stayed home and inside almost all day because my son was shaking off the last bit of a cold so he could go to school today. The most energy intensive things I did were: a) walk around the grocery store for 10 minutes, and b) clean out from under our couches. This should have been a 2200-2300 day. The only explanation I have for that 2600+ is that it carried over from my really good run the night before.
This makes me want to work out like that every time.
